TWO months old

Our little Trae-man is now two months old and growing.  Just over 11 pounds and just over 23 inches long.  He's still a sweetheart.  This past week or two he's quit eating through the night and that means that I get at least 8 hrs of uninterrupted sleep (if I'd go to bed right away:).  He's sure been a great addition to the family and the kids 'LOOOOVE the baby'.  Everyone wants to hold him and be the 'boss' of him.

Andi leaned over to give him a smootch (or mootch as we call it) and scraped the skin off his nose with her zipper.  Todd and Andi are screaming from the kitchen  "THE BABY IS BLEEDING".  He was actually but we took care of it... he slept through the whole thing.

He is so adorable! I love how he looks like his own person. Similarities to his family, but just looks like himself.

Dear Nate, Robyn, and family,
I just found your blog and enjoyed so much seeing you again and hearing about your family! We met you on a missions trip in April, 2005. Jerry, Wendy, Dane, who's now 23, and Kelsey, who's now 19. It was a privilege for our family to be on that trip with your whole family and have the opportunity to watch your outstanding parenting (you only had three at that time!) and your children's responding. The Lord had given you such wisdom already as such young parents, it was amazing! I have told Kelsey, that when she is learning about child-training, she needs to go spend time with Robyn and Nate, and just soak up everything she can. Your children were wonderful ("real" wonderful, not artificial wonderful), and observing and being there with you all was a treat! I enjoyed talking to you and getting to know you a little, Robyn.
It just "happens" that we had a Mexico-Team meeting at our house tonight in preparation for a trip to serve with the De Hoyoses again, leaving a week from today! Our family hasn't been there for two years, so we are excited. Looking to see God's mighty Hand at work. We are starting up a blog and will hopefully be posting updates and photos from our trip (Cornerstonemissiontrips.blogspot.com)
Congratulations on your new baby! Please greet Nate and your children (who will not remember us, but oh, well). I send greetings from our family to yours and thanks so much for sharing on this blog from your world and what God's doing in it.
Love,
Wendy Gunn
