July 4th fun

For the July 4th weekend we went down to the Bend area.  We had a great time of swimming, eating, socializing, biking, bubbles, parades, candy, coffee, fireworks, and just great family fun.  Thanks Dad and Maria for treating us to a good time.

ONE spring day!!! (Literally, ONE)

We had literally ONE spring day the other day, one day that wasn't raining or cloudy.  One afternoon actually because the morning was drizzly.  Anyways, up here in the NorthWest we sooo appreciate a sunny day, as they are few and far between.

The kids took baths that morning and were all dressed (which there is usually one that chooses to run around... well, in her diaper or in his shorts).  So we took a walk up the road and had a great afternoon playing and singing and talking and visiting our friends the ants and their 3 foot anthill.

Graduation!!!!

These ladies' mother purchased a new camera in the hopes that she could learn how to take great photographs of her children (to save money...).  So we went out together, with her first two girls graduating soon, to get some fun stuff.  I haven't done much posing without my husband (he is the creative eye and the 'security' for me in that area.  He's not afraid to try things and move on.  I on the other hand want to get it done right the very first time and if I don't know how to do it then I'm a little timid to try it. 

SOOOO, we tried that day and took 4 hours with many different shots and came up with a few cute ones.  Enjoy...

And we have another happily married couple.  Jessica Thomas married Josiah Blocki the 3rd of so of April (Can't remember exactly).  What a great time we had with them.  Here are a few shots from their day.
